Counseling Intern (Master Level)
Office Assistant

Kait is SHCW’s master level counseling intern and office assistant. She is currently completing her master’s degree in counseling with Capella University and plans to seek licensure as a professional counselor upon graduation. She has experience working with both children and adults in mental health, addiction and community / school based settings.

Kait has an interest in holistic healing modalities including Reiki which is what led to her choosing SHCW for her internship site. Kait is currently being supervised by Alaina for her master’s degree and licensure.

Kait is able to work with children, teens and adults ages 10 and up. She is also able to accept a sliding scale fee for clients who need assistance financially.

She is also SHCW’s office assistant which gives Kait the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of private practice including how the insurances work and intake scheduling. The office assistant is the backbone of SHCW and allows Serenity Hill to run smoothly. This allows us to place client care as our top priority.
